Spend 5 days/4 nights camping at Cartier Park and hanging out on the beaches and dunes of Ludington. Each day consists of 3 workouts to help the athlete build both their endurance and core strength. Special focus will be placed on running as a group, technique work, and strength training. Each day closes with a meal and an evening activity. Campers must be able to run 4 continuous miles prior to start of camp. There will be 2 contests during the week: The Big Dune Challenge and The Mojave Run. Anyone interested in cross country or improving overall fitness is encouraged to attend. Campers are responsible for transportation to and from Ludington.
